Information you provide
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, chosen court times, and any optional email address or notes. Payment verification uses the GCash sender number or bank transfer sender name and bank, and the transaction reference you submit. We also store booking codes, promo usage, amounts, and reservation and review status. Do not include passwords, PINs, or unnecessary sensitive information in your notes.
How your information is used
We use these details to manage reservations, contact you about your booking, verify payments and promo codes, provide booking status and receipts, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. Processing supports your booking request and our service, applicable legal obligations, and legitimate operational and security needs, subject to your rights.
Who can access it
Authorized staff access booking details to operate the court. Supabase provides the booking database and account infrastructure. GCash processes payments through its own service and privacy practices; this website collects the verification details you enter, not your GCash password or PIN. Website hosting and external font or script providers may receive connection details such as your IP address when your browser loads their resources. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Browser storage & booking codes
The booking flow uses browser session storage to remember your reservation payment token so you can continue an active reservation in the same tab. Treat your booking code as private: someone with that code can look up booking status and, for an eligible booking, a receipt. Avoid sharing it publicly.
Retention & protection
Booking and payment information is kept for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution, and applicable legal needs. Retention depends on the record and purpose; you can contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. Admin access requires sign-in and multi-factor authentication. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable Philippine law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to processing, and request erasure or blocking where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved claims. Contact us to exercise your rights; we may need to verify your identity. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
