Booking your court
Choose your date and time, review the displayed price, and provide accurate contact details. All court times use Philippine time (Asia/Manila). A reservation is pending until an admin approves it. Keep your booking code to check its status.
Payments & reservation holds
Website reservations have a 15-minute hold. GCash details must be submitted and verified by an admin before the hold expires. Sending a reference number does not automatically confirm a booking. An expired or rejected reservation releases the court time. If you sent money but your reservation was not confirmed, contact us with your booking code and payment reference before making another payment.
Promo codes & free bookings
A valid promo code covers one full booking without a cash payment. Submitting a code keeps the reservation pending until admin approval within the hold period. A code cannot be used for another booking while it is committed to a pending or approved reservation. If an admin rejects the promo booking, the code becomes available again. Promo bookings are not recorded as sales.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking, or have a payment or refund concern. Provide your booking code and relevant payment details. A request does not itself change a confirmed booking or guarantee a refund; our team will review it and explain the available options. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.
Enjoy the court responsibly
Respect your reserved time, other players, staff instructions, and the facilities. Use suitable footwear and equipment, and tell staff about any unsafe conditions. Take breaks when needed and participate within your ability. Please do not submit false bookings, payment references, or misuse promo codes.
